Return and Exchange Policy

Global Gift Cards Limited are happy to refund a gift card within 30 days of purchase. Once you or your recipient has redeemed your gift card with a supplier you are bound by their Terms and Conditions. Please make yourself aware of these at the time of booking. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the gift voucher, directly to the card used to make the purchase. All refunds are processed at month-end and take between 5 and 10 working days to show in the purchaser's account. To request a refund please contact our friendly customer service team at info@perfectweekendbreaks.com. If it's more than 30 days since you placed your order, we are more than happy to exchange your gift card for any other gift card on the website, up to the value of your current gift voucher.
