Terms of use of Global Gift Cards Limited gift cards.  We reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully.

The value of your gift card can be redeemed with a supplier, you are bound by their Terms and Conditions.

All gift card are valid for a period as described with the supplier, you are bound by their Terms and Conditions

In cases where your gift card is lost or stolen, Global Gift Cards Limited is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. Global Gift Cards Limited cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a gift card as a result of theft or fraud.

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

Global Gift Cards Limited are happy to refund a gift card within 30 days of purchase. Once you or your recipient has redeemed your gift card with a supplier you are bound by their Terms and Conditions. Please make yourself aware of these at the time of booking. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the gift voucher, directly to the card used to make the purchase. All refunds are processed at month-end and take between 5 and 10 working days to show in the purchaser's account. To request a refund please contact our friendly customer service team at info@perfectweekendbreaks.com. If it's more than 30 days since you placed your order, we are more than happy to exchange your gift card for any other gift card on the website, up to the value of your current gift voucher.
